Congratulations to Hardee High School students Neida Rodriguez and Antonio Ibarra for becoming the first students in our district to earn the NCCER Welding Level 1 Certification through Mr. Cliff Whaley’s Welding Program. This industry-recognized credential represents countless hours of hands-on learning, dedication, and perseverance.
We are incredibly proud of these students and thankful for educators like Mr. Whaley who are creating meaningful experiences that prepare students for high-demand careers and future success. Programs like welding give students the chance to graduate with real-world skills, industry certifications, and a clear pathway to employment, apprenticeships, or continued technical training.
