Student Housing Questionnaire
HOME EDUCATION / VIRTUAL STUDENTS
Students coming from home education or virtual programs, including MDVS and Hardee Virtual Academy, must provide a copy of courses taken (8th grade or most recent school year). Call 863-773-3181 for enrollment instructions
NEW STUDENTS TO HARDEE COUNTY
If your student is brand new to the district and has never been enrolled in a Hardee District school, please schedule an appointment for assistance with enrollment and setup. 863-773-3181 ext 2442
