Did you know that this years Prom will be held in a new location? We are
excited to have this years Prom at Idlewood in Bartow. The theme will
be “A Night in Vegas”. Prom tickets will be sold on Friday mornings
before school and during lunches starting on February 17. We will be
located outside the front office for those who need to pay cash.

Student the College and Career room is up and ready for students. This room is available to students to
create resumes, cover letters and filling out job applications. There is resume paper available for you to use.
The room is located in the media center Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 7:30 to 8:25.
Good luck to the girls weightlifting team as they travel today to Wesley Chapel to compete in their
regional meet.
Congratulations to the Boys Weightlifting Team on their victory last night against Avon Park High
School. The Boys won with a combined score of 57 to Avon Park's 14.
Coach Davis would like to give a big congratulations to the boys weightlifting team.
They competed in their first meet of the season yesterday at Charlotte High School.
Medaling in their weight classes were: Jesus Perez (2nd place in the 238 weight
class), Richie Carmona (3rd place in the 219 weight class) and Marc Rios (6th place in
the 219 weight class).
